Seems like too much food!
I'm currently feeding Carly Iams complete dry (switching to either Arden Grange, JWB or Burns from tomorrow) and I actually weighed out exactly the suggested daily amount should be for her age and it FILLED my scales This can't be right can it? She's only about 13-14 weeks old.
Also I, like alot of staffy pup owners, think she's too skinny Probably just me I know but which of the 3 foods I listed would be best for weight gain? I obviously don't want to make her fat but she could do with chunking up and Iams is crap. I heard somewhere pups/dogs have trouble keeping weight on with Burns, is that right?
Sorry for the multiple questions but I thought it would be easier to just make one post
Cheers

Re: Seems like too much food!
I don't feed dry food so I can't really advise.
Can you put a pic of her on?

I very rarely go on guidelines, there just that, guidelines. If you feel she is getting thin then just up the feed and vice versa, puppys grow at different rates and they do go through a gangly all legs and ears phase
As to which food Moo is on fish4dogs. She was on JWB but I switched so can't really help there

Well I would have LOVED to have her on those frozen BARF complete blocks but I see the cost would be silly and the delivery charges eye watering lol Just gonna stick to the best complete I can get

It's mainly the 'top down' view when she's stood up that makes her look too skinny but she wouldn't stand still long enough for another

Re: Seems like too much food!
Looks about right to me for a pup. The guidelines are just a starting point. You can adjust based on activity level and looks. Don't forget to factor in treats as well.
