Heard this yesterday.

Fill a balloon with water, put in the freezer, next day peel the balloon from the ice and ur staffy has a big ball of ice to play with/eat !

Brilliant idea! I just use either ice cubes or I have cut half off a plastic bottle n fill it up as much as I can then he has a block Big Grin!
