Pics from Vacation (warning - LOTS of pics)
Alright, here are some of the non-doggie and not just kiddo pics. I was having a bit of fun taking these and even shocked myself at how fun the new camera is! We took walks daily for hours. The boys were on a belt leash so some of the pics I am being pulled quite hard. I know this is a lot, but at least I spared you the other 800.

Just warming up for next week when the wife and I get away sans dogs and kids for a few days near San Francisco and the Marin headlands. I'll make you all sick of my pictures!

Great pics and the scenery is stunning in an "earthy" way.
I especially like the one of the seaweed, rope and fishing line/nets tangled on the sand.

Ben...these are awesome. I love the lighting in the first and second and I like the ones in the mist. Your framing is brilliant. I am so jealous...I have treated my camera like an instamatic so far and your pics have inspired me to get a better lens and to think about composition a little more. Too used to film.

Thanks Lynne! Honestly just trying to get into it myself and am shocked how much I enjoy it. Good lenses are a must I think.

Re: Pics from Vacation (warning - LOTS of pics)
Great pics, and lovely scenery - I'm jealous
Its very sad to say, but my and hubby's camera's are gathering dust (ok, not literally) at the moment. The happy snapper is just so small and convenient, but you're right, it is much more fun doing it properly.
Guess its time to start using a proper camera for a change. (If I remember how to... )
