Good luck and have lots of fun Smile

I started my Dizzy at agility classes late last year. He was brilliant at it and we both loved it... until he decided to chase one specific spaniel (but not in a very friendly way) and after the third time he did it to the same dog we got "expelled" Sad Blushing I was gutted as had hoped to go far with him Sad

All the other dog owners were freaking out because of the "staffy" thing which really annoyed me, which is why we had to leave. He was muzzled at the time I might add as I know how excited he gets, so no harm would have come to any of the dogs (big sigh)

LOL! Bless him! If Kenny is good with other dogs in general and can handle the excitement of it all, he should be just fine - plus you are safe in the knowledge that there will be no motorbikes there!! Laughing

I might try another club in the next year or so, but am not holding my breath that he won't do the same again as he can be a little s*d with other dogs at times. It's odd. He can literally pay no attention at all to some and play lovely with them or ignore them totally but then there's the odd one gets fixated with and occasionally terrorises!! Surprised

Will look forward to hearing how Kenny gets on and his progress Smile

Good luck!! thumbs up

Enjoy. Dont be too disappointed if they start you off slowly learning the basics first. Each apparatus has to be taught slowly to avoid injury and to teach correct use. You will also learn to communicate and direct kenny, But it is heaps of fun and I know you will love it.

I can't wait to see pics, I want to do this with Cal when she's old enough!

I hear she loves the tunnel at her doggy day care. God knows she can climb anything or jump off anything.

Good luck and hope you both have a great time
Like already said don't be too disapointed if he doesn't work it all out straight away. The things on the course are meant to be testing so sometimes a new thing can be daunting. But with time it will be great for building his confidence and your bond thumbs up
Oh and look forward to the pics Big Grin

Have fun, I started taking Ledger back in April it was Agility and dog display and he was doing well but it isnt that local to me and with a number of weeks cancelled due to bad weather it fell by the wayside. Might try again next year tho
