Are you sitting comfortably..............

Does anyone else have a dog that does this. When I am sitting down she backs right up against me and sits on my feet - I don't mean a curl up on feet but an actual sit. If I cross my feet at the ankles she still doees it, it just means that she is sitting in a very awkward looking position but she doesn't care. Sometimes she just backs right up against my legs and just stands there. Not sure if she loves me or is saying she owns me - anyone have any ideas?

oooo yes Rocky does the backing up to my legs and stands there, I think it's because he loves to have his back scratshed and will stand there for quite a few minutes while I do it

Romeo does it too! I thought he was just a creepy little weirdo! he backs up, will even lift one leg up so that his damn balls are rested on my feet. and if i have my feet on the ground he always damn well sits on them... even when i am in the toilet!

Yep Ledger will do it occasionally too I think he just wants his bits 'tickled'
Sooo true, I woke up yesterday with him lying down the length of my leg he looked like jungle cat basking on a branch!

Dogs sitting on you or putting a paw on you or standing on you is them telling you they own you 
dogs that respect you and see you as the leader will give you space (unless you're playing obviously, but it's never their decision).

My dogs do the same, except my feet aren't big enough to hold one dog, let alone two, but they manage

Pixee doesnt do the feet thing, however she will sit in your laps, ever when I am on the computer
