Zeros first "proper" walk
Baring my mums house, pets at home and out the front, today I took Zero (and Mazda of corse) on his first walk, He was a angel at recall, we met a lady with a springer who threw me when she wanted to let them play round here its "omg staffies grab ya dogs, kids etc" ~ So was great for my 2 to socialise, and after a long fun walk me, 1 toddler in a buggy, my other daughter and 2 staffies covered in mud

Looks like a great day for all...
Holly is a nightmare on a lead,... she HATES it with a passion.. she is in a collar and lead...
she refuses to let me lead her around the yard.. I am hopign that once she has her injections on the 22nd she will get the whole idea once we are out and about....
did you carry treats for the recall? i thought i might start at the beach where there isnt really anywhere she can run off and get hurt.

Zero hates the collar but on his 2nd jabs we got landed with a "not so great vet" who had 3 attempts at giving him the injection so he now has a thing about his neck, I thought i'd try the harnes as Maz walks on a harness (due to a throat problem) and he was great instantly, I too couldnt even get Zero round the livingroom or garden on a collar.
Yes i had treats but Maz is so good off lead he kinda followed her

Lovely pics. Looks like everyone had fun. I'm going straight for a harness with Charlie. Staffies have sensitive throats and a harness is better for them.
