I would keep him on what ever he is on for now, you don't want any upset. After that decide if you want to feed raw, highly reccomended or kibble, (you can also consider wet but I wouldn't reccomend it personally.)
Moo is on Fish4Dogs which I reccomend also James Wellbeloved or Royal Canin, here is a dry food list that will give you some ideas if thats the way you want to go

Raw doesn't suit everybody, have a look through the link, I buy online www.chemistdirect.co.uk it will give you a wider range

Kibble wise, Orijen is probably the best, closely followed by Applaws and then Fish4Dogs. If those are out of your price range then have a mooch about on http://www.whichdogfood.co.uk/
In brief, you want to be going for a high meat content, no or low grain, clear ingredients (for example 'chicken meal' rather than just 'meat meal') and no additives like colouring.

Wagg is to be avoided too
We feed both of ours on Wainwrights from PAH, Tilly since a baby and no problems, just bought Tommy a fresh 15kg bag today £36.99

We are currently changing Rocky over to Barking Heads which has quite a high meat content. We've gone for the TLC one:

Re: dog food suggestion
Ditto for Wainwrights. My Saffy is now on RAW but she was weaned on Wainwrights trays and kibble. All the pups did well on it and came out with very nice weights etc. I only changed because I felt it best my pup.
Also Royal Canine is good. My other dogs were on it for years and did quite well.
