Re: dried dog food
Its not the best, but not the worst either. Moo is on Fish4Dogs and I highly reccomened that, I buy online as not all pet shops sell it, otherwise here are some other reccomendations

Re: dried dog food
Rocky is currently in the process of changing from James Welbeloved to Barking Heads.
Would have gone with Fish 4 Dogs on Janeys recommendation only Rocky isn't that keen on fish so would probably have wasted more than he would eat.

If you feed a good quality wet then it is miles better then a dried food as it's a much more natural food. Your vet is not a dog nutritionist and have very little knowledge of what to feed a dog

Re: dried dog food
The wet trays are better than the dry, a good quality wet is usually a good deal more expensive than a good quality dry but I think wainwrights trays work out cheaper than the dry and it's a better food.
The reason the vet will advise against wet is for dental health but if you feed a raw bone or two a week or brush your dogs teeth then they will be fine
