puppy conditionning

hi, my staffy is 11months old. when is he old enough to go jogging or bike riding him?

I'd wait a couple more months & then gradually ease him into it. Don't just suddenly go out on a 6 mile run/bike ride, he'll end up straining his muscles/tendons because he isn't used to it.

As stated above, leave it a few more months as you wouldn't want to cause any damage to tendons and ligaments while your dog is still growing.

Welcome from us and Suki. I would wait until he is 18 months and than build up gradually

I would also wait until he is a bit older and incorporate a few jogging moments into his walk so you can slowly build it up until your able to go for long jogs with him.
Important to start this is cool conditions with plenty of water breaks
