hi, my staffy is 11months old. when is he old enough to go jogging or bike riding him?

Hi & welcome to the forum.

I'd wait a couple more months & then gradually ease him into it. Don't just suddenly go out on a 6 mile run/bike ride, he'll end up straining his muscles/tendons because he isn't used to it.

Hi and welcome to the forum from Rocky and me.

As stated above, leave it a few more months as you wouldn't want to cause any damage to tendons and ligaments while your dog is still growing.

Hi and welcome to the forum
I would also wait until he is a bit older and incorporate a few jogging moments into his walk so you can slowly build it up until your able to go for long jogs with him.
Important to start this is cool conditions with plenty of water breaks thumbs up
