What the hell?! All she needs is a crate! I can't believe she dropped out of College. Credit to her for not giving up on the dog, many would have, but its all so unnecessary!

Wonder if she gets walked. Lol. Poor gal probably doesn't know crates exist or thinks they are mean cages and not very helpful and most dogs learn to love them! Just another reason this forum is so helpful to people!

If the crate is big enough there is no problem. Romeo's is huge. it would comfortably fit a GSD... and some dyas it hard to get him OUT of it. but i dont have so bad a problem with Romeo's chewing if i leave him a chew bone or ear to nibble on while i'm at work. he just gets bored.

OMG. Would you not have figured out after the first item was destroyed that your dog was not ready to be left home unconfined?

And does the dog behaviorist not have any common sense? "Your dog chews things, don't leave it alone unsupervised?" while we work on our sophisticated training techniques?

Callie chews everything. She even chews her crate. Normal right?
