Head Shape
I'm sure it's been covered before, but I have a question for the Bull Terrier people. You see, everyone at my work comes to me to ask questions about Bully Breeds and I usually have answers for the, but they finally stumped me. The ladies in the groom shop asked me why Bull Terriers' heads are shaped the way they are. I was stumped and didn't have a real answer for them. Do you all have an answer I can give them so I can look smart again, lol? Thanks!

Re: Head Shape
Purely cosmetic!
Hincks decided that he didn't want a 'stop', and wanted to make the whole dog look more streamlined than the bull & terrier, with the whole head apprearing smooth. It just went from there!

Re: Head Shape
James Hinks was the father & creator of the Bull Terrier - he named it the White Gladiator!
Hinks of Birmingham,
Hinks of Brum
Found the bull terrier,
a tattered old bum.
Made him a right 'un,
made him a white 'un,
Made him a dog for a gentleman's chum.
Just a little ditty of the day.............
