anybody order groceries online

i always do cant be bothered going round supermarkets does my head in

well got a delivery yesterday, i was at work and my hubby signed for it and put it away, when i came home he said why have you ordered so many onions, i looked blank, they had delivered 12 KILOS instead of 12 onions

so does anyone have any recipies that i can make with onions in, last night we had potato and onion soup

I have heard that you can cook them and then freeze them in smaller portions and bring them out when ready to use Smile

I do as Janey has said, cut them up in smaller portions, blanch some, dehyrate some, freeze some. I do this with alot of veggies from the garden so we have them all year round. Not as good as fresh but the next best thing.
