How big was your puppy?

Hey just out of curiosity.. how big was your puppy at around 7 months?

Not very! Mine (Bandit) was a very terrier type, and didn't fill out till he was about 18 months old. This is him at 3 months, I'll have look for one at 6 or 7 months.

Kaos is 6 and a half months and is almost as tall as my 16 month old and alot stockier but still with a tiny head, lol he looks a bit weird at the mo! He's not quite as heavy as Ty though, Ty is around 18kg maybe a bit more and kaos is 16-17kg x

Blaze666 I took my Ty the vet the other day an he weighed 15.9kg he is 1 tomorrow is this a healthy weight or not as your Kaos is 6 and half months and weighing 16-17kg.

They're all different. Some are heavier boned than others.

A good rule of thumb is, does your dog have bright eyes, a gleaming coat & generally behave energetically? Can you feel its ribs with slight pressure, but not see them? If it's yes to all of these, your pup's the correct weight.

Vinnie is 5months at the mo his not filled out yet but has gotten leggier lol

Moo's 20kg and is 19 months, they all vary so much. As Caryll said, as long as they have shiney coats, bright eyes etc then all is fine

Ok could you please post a picture of Bandit as how big he is now? Because my dog Bella is around 6 months and seems to be very terrier type.. and i would just like to see what she might look like is say another 10-12 months

poor old bandit is no longer with us hes gone to gone to rainbow bridge, my dog Katie is more terrier than bull, if you want to see a pic of her shes in the female pet competition post,

This is what Bandit was like at 2 years (1st one) & 18 months (2nd one).

ok thanks. So do you think Bella will be around the same size as that when she is older?
