we've had Chloe for around six months now, and not long after we got her we had her spayed. we dont know her exact age although it has been estimated that shes between two and four years. However in the last two months her belly has gone from pink to a dark grey colour! shes fine in herself, has no swelling or soreness, and it doesnt seem to bother at all, i was just wondering if this happens sometimes? she also has a scar on her back that the hair hasnt grown back on, and that went from pink to black too. its really bizarre!

Has it become completely black or speckled with black? My Saxon was born with a pink belly and it has become more and more spotted the older he gets. Now it looks like this:

I don't know tbh could just be something to do with her getting older ??

From what I remember Rockys belly used to be a lighter pink colour about a year ago than it is now.

Nala's belly was all pink and it is now that grey colour (black?) with only a couple of small pink patches. Think is is just as she is getting older.

It might just be age.

Our previous little boy had the cutest pink belly and round about 2 1/2 years it was completely grey
