Staffy love

I've been off work sick for a few days now and I'm experiencing the nanny dog trait more than ever. I've been mostly suffering with a really bad cough which was aggravated yesterday when I took Ledger out for a quick walk round the park and some people were having a bonfire which had filled the park with acrid smoke Ledger wouldn't go anywhere near it but it was close enough to start me into a coughing fit so bad that as soon as I got home I had to sink to the floor and try and get my breath back. Ledger came right up put a paw over each of my shoulders and his head next to my face he was such a comfort and calmed me down.

Apart from him wanting to go out when I woke myself coughing at 4.30am he has been an absolute angel just snuggling up real close and sleeping with me all day ain't no love like staffy love

Ahhh Ledger you are a real

When my hubby has to have a lie down during the day Rocky will be there by his side curled up. I'm sure he should have a white coat and a stethascope round his neck.

They have such a wonderful bedside manner.

I think most of them are like that, I know Charlie doesn't leave my side when I'm not well.

Thanks all I'm feeling much better today still making the most of those staffy cuddles before I go back to work tomorrow
