Get in to see your doctor Steve, if you can, before it does become unbearable. Pains in your feet can make the rest of your body seem to ache too.
Could it have anything to do with the bike riding ?? The pedals maybe adjusted wrong or something ??

Re: grrrr bloody foot
You're not alone there Steve, I went to see mine this morning. I'm now taking another tablet each day. That makes a total of potentially 9 a day now.
I will be rattling as I walk soon.

Re: grrrr bloody foot
This is all to do with my back pain after having a car crash some years ago. I now have a grossly degenerated disc (and degenerated disc disease) which will only get worse. All the tablets are for the pain. Hey ho though must'nt grumble

Re: grrrr bloody foot
If the pain is in the bottom of the foot and seems worse first thing in the morning and lessens a bit after activity it could be plantar faciatious. This is really painfull and can cause shooting pains as well. Normally it goes away with rest and there is a strech sock you can wear at night to keep the tendons from retacting.
I've had it in both feet now for 4 or 5 years. I'm just to stubborn to rest and wear the silly sock.

Foot problems are hard to get over to unless you can just sit down and not move until they heal.
