Easter Eggs Empty Easter Eggs

My better half teaches English to kindergarden and elementary kids two or three times a week. I go with her if I have a day off like today. Easter isn't celebrated in Japan so we thought that we would have them decorate an egg and go on an Easter egg hunt in the class room. They all had a really good time and we have anthor two classes on Friday.

It was really hard to hide them is a small classroom but it took them about 10 minutes to find them all.

Had two more classes today. At the end of the kindergarden class my better half was left the room and a little girl started to cry. I couldn't figure out what was wrong and it turns out she broke her egg. We let her go to the class with the elementary kids so she could make anthor.

I used to love making easter bonnets, painting eggs and egg hunts. Luckily I have 3 young nieces so I still get to join in a little Big Grin

Kids love Easter and the whole bit that goes with it. When my grand daughter was two, she was terrified of the mystical easter bunny!

I just fall apart when I see a little one crying. Makes it even harder when there is a language barrier.
