Sore back
I have a really sore back at the moment. I think it is a mixture of a few things, sitting at my computer table too long cause i had an assignment and my chairs broke so i was sitting all funny lol. The other is a dog ran out and i had to emergency stop so maybe a bit of whiplash?
The pain is across my shoulders and very annoying. Walking Lexi was very sore on me and i had to stop and sit down half way then cut short.
Any ideas on how to help it?

Re: Sore back
How about getting a really good looking guy to give you a shoulder massage?
Failing that, you could try one of those heat sprays? Not quite as good as the first idea, but still......

I think Steve could do with a massage at the moment, but i don't think he's in a mood to give one!
What about Andy?

Re: Sore back
A nice hot bath might help. That's always my first port of call if I'm aching anywhere.

Re: Sore back
A heating pad alternated with ice packs. this will prevent any swelling and encourage blood flow into the area

Could work. The cold is to prevent any further swelling and to numb the area and the heat draws blood circulation to the area which helps the healing process. If you have a gym you go to a steam room or sauna and jacuzzi is also helpfull

Really feel for you ! I do hope it mends soon, don't do anything that would add insult to injury though. Rest as much as you can.
