New home for Maya
I'v been talking to my sister although she is still very upset about losing shadow a few days ago I'v asked her if she wants Maya and the whole family want her their looking forward to hardship of looking after another dogs its simply to quiet in the house my sister said, her partner is bored and depressed he usually loves his night walks with shadow because he suffers with depression its a good way to get him out of the house, they have a nice big back garden (excellent seens she isn't house trained) and they fell inlove with her when i showed them pictures so their coming down today and spend some time with her before they have her this weekend.

Re: New home for Maya
Its horrible when you have a dog for so long and then one day theyre gone, an empty house is a constant painful reminder! it was when i lost my rescue boy .. a home without a dog is no home at all .
Good luck! sounds like she'd have a great home and play dates too with your 3?

I am assuming Maya is currently one of your pack. Your sacrifice for your sister is the most selfless thing I have heard of.

If you don't own a dog, at least one, there is not necessarily anything wrong with you, but there may be something wrong with your life.

Re: New home for Maya
Thanks guys and yes i know she will be in a loving home and get everything she wants and needs
Maya I'v had for three days after my neighbour bought her to try and make a profit off her but he couldn't so he gave her to me, the same day after being perfectly fine, my sisters dog shadow 31/2 male greyhound cross collie died on his way to the vets from a poisoning, their house feels so empty now even the little things that used to annoy them about shadow (high pitch whinning through his nose) their missing terribly, so now they will have a pup to focus on and trust me when i say she is going to need alot of work after being owned by this other guys she has learnt nothing in her four months from birth. So they will be kept busy and my sister doesn't work so she is home all the time and can really focus on Maya.
