What going on at the minute!
Hey guys. Got some AMAZING news!! But Ive also got some tear-jerking news and this is why i havent been on in a while. Here is the bad news.
To get to school on a morning i go in the car with my friend and her mam or dad and get the bus back on a night. But yesterday I wish I had got the bus in the morning because three of my friends-Amy Jessica and my other friend Jessica. They told me that day ats chool that there was a staffie they had seen that was round the corner from me tied up by a chain and a skipping rope not in a agrden but to a bush! So that night, all of us being natural dog lovers, still in our school unfirom set off on a jounrye searching for a skinny, limping pure balck staffie with a greay muzzle. We searched and asked people and only one person had seen him and that was early in the morning (six hours earlier) Amy and jessica and jessica had tried to go over to the dog when the bus arrived and the bus driver made them get on. and then the dog was gone when they got back and that is why we were searching for it. We'd searched together so then I went with jess and amy and the other jessica went together. Me and Jess had pretty much given up when Jessica shouted us to the top of the street and we ran for our lives. We were shotuing "have you found it, have you found it!" Indeed they had. He had a sigustingly filthy bandana tied round his neck with a nylon skipping rope attatched with a studded, heavy collar attatched with a metal chain attatched. It wasnt tied up, just trailing along the ground. We stroked it. It was all skin and bones, it sears were shaved with scabs and cuts as if someone had tried to do a pitbull clip on it ears The woman next door came out and knocked on the door and a man answered. we expalined how we'd found the dog tied to a bush. He said 'aw, well, he must have got away, always runs away, he was fine until lately, i always leave him outside after work to get changed and things. There was no food, bowls, toys, treats, blankets or anything doogy outside. The dog was so beautiful, very friednly, wanting to be stroke but nervous, cowering and submissive at the same time. Then this morning Jessica told me that a girl called emma on our bus went to see the dog this morning and it was outside again. a woman came out, said it wasnt her dog and said she could take it but then the mam canme out and swore and chased her off. Last night jess and i rang our kennels who told us to go to the rspcas number, who didnt answer so we asked dogs trust and they said our dog warden or the rspca but emma is ringing the rspca to get them to check it out tonight. the dog was ill, weak, skinny, and limping and very scared i donjt believe it got away, why would it be tied to a bush! it was a beautiful dog! I love him and hope he gets a happy ending, will keep yous updated!
Anyhoom the good news is that we are allowed to bring some staffies out for our songs at dog trust and allowed our speeches but really neeed to practice now because its scheduled for the 31st of March! I really cant wait!!!!

How sad, you can only do what your doing hun, and well done for being so aware. Keep trying RSPCA and also the dog warden. Maybe get your mum to speak to them, put some pressure on for a warden to go round. They just sound like vile people to me. Good luck and yes please do keep us updated.
On a lighter note, get practicing not long now

Re: What going on at the minute!
Sorry to read your bad news Lozza, but you did the right thing in ringing the RSPCA and the dog warden. At least now the correct people are aware of the situation and will hopefully do something about the poor dog you found.
Good luck with the speech I'm sure you will be fine. May be the Staffys will join in with you for your song.
