Riley, Special Needs Staffie, DOB 04? - West End, Surrey

Homing Requirements: Riley needs an at home or part time working family, perhaps with other animals, who can offer him TLC catering for his special needs. He has poor co-ordination exaggerated when initiating movements and excessive drinking needing easy access to water bowl and garden. Left overnight and during the day he will settle. Riley is a chatterbox Staffie and communicates his needs and desires. Needs secure garden as he so loves to play with his toys.

His Story: Riley was found tied to a bracken bush in graveyard late at night, away from public view he was unclaimed. Riley had a Christmas foster with kids and cat; then foster with a rabbit and cats and currently with Kids, another dog and guinea pigs in West End Surrey.

Advert: Riley is approx (?)8 years young with special needs. He has mild inco-ordination and his eyes can get weepy. Just getting over a prolonged chest infection. He has lots of spirit, character and walks like he is on a march! He adores meeting people, children and dogs with glee. Need to be retained on an extender as per his determination to meet and greet everyone! Riley is housetrained providing access. His garden needs to be kept clean as he can walk into his mess. He loves children, small furries, happily lives with cats and dogs.

Riley is a small, smart, little Staffie. He has a ready smile and will break into 'Staffie chatter' telling you all about his day or if concerned about an uncertain trip in the car. His persistent cough and his weepy eyes have improved but he still drinks a lot and therefore enjoys repetitive access to a garden. He needs tender loving care and obviously a dog we have attempted to keep out of kennels at all costs He needs a family; to know him is to love him and be there for him.
