White head spot

Milos got a white head spot on the top of his head its the second 1 that hes had now and hes lost hair around the area, i wondered if any one else has had this with their dog? ive been told its not ringworm.
Should it be something to worry about? he does have an allergy to something as he gets rashes on his tummy and inside of his legs but hes on tablets for it, could it be related to the allergy?
any advice or help would be appreciated

it could be a cyst, might be worth letting your vet take a look though

it must have popped cos its just scabby looking and cos its on his blue part it would be really hard to see in a pic
