selling microchipped pets

^^^ just found out this new law that came in late last year in my state! wow... the number of adds for pets in the classifieds of our local news paper shows that its not being enforced strongly, but I guess it is a good start. I could ring the council and complain about the 50 odd ads I can see in the paper right next to me to get the ball rolling?

I jumped the gun a bit then... just had a better look and it seems the ads in this paper have provided mc numbers -
but still, what a great idea! I'm glad it is working then
