Hang in there Wazza. I quit in October last year for the second time in 10 years. This time it will stick.

I dont crave nicotine at all but I miss a good puff at certain satisfying times.

Well done Wazza. Hardest thing I've ever had to do is quit a 30 a day habit, but was well worth it. I'm miles more healthy now and I have more money for the kids to steal off me.
