New tyre
Had a slow puncture on the car so took it to Kwik Fit for a new tyre...........£87.25!!!!!! My god, hasn't the cost of tyres gone up? Admittedly it's not a budget tyre, it's a mid-range one, but still!

Re: New tyre
The thing is, I trust them to give good advice & tell it as it is. At least if they say it needs a new tyre, then it does!
I just didn't realise how much they'd gone up!

Re: New tyre
balancing costs a £5r if your lucky it involves putting on a little weight on the wheel if needed, and it costs 70p to dispose a tyre we also do tyre disposal

Re: New tyre
It's only an old Honda Civic, but it's a nice little run around with very low mileage for its age 10 years old & only 50,000). When we've finished the HP on it (next summer) we're gonna look round for a slightly bigger one so we can put Dempsey in the back, not on the back seat where he's an absolute pain!
