Two of my sons are participating in the Ironman 70.3 SA down in East London (South Africa) today. It consists of a 1.8km sea swim, 90km cycle and 21km run. Mom cheering away here in Jozi by following them both with sms athlete tracking alerts. One(youngest) is 5km into the run and the other (eldest) is almost completed the cycle. My youngest Simon has done two full SA Ironman triathalons but it is Shane, my eldests first attempt an an Ironman event. We will all be going down to Port Elizabeth in April as they will both want take part in this years SA Ironman (full). I really admire anyone who challenges themselves and am very proud of their determination. applause applause

Youngest is done in 5hrs 11 minutes. He is a really determined bugger. Sets very high goals for himself. Tracker system seems to be down so no idea if other one done yet.
