Couple of things I need help with please.
Hi there, hope someone can give me some advice please.
My dogs awesome inside and out, always comes back when called, sits, stays, lies down etc etc on command brilliantly, that is untill she sees another dog OR a human that shows signs of giving her fuss, as soon as either happens EVERYTHING is out of the window, if she is on her lead she will jump/lunge towards the other dog person to the point im worried she is going to break her neck. If she is off her lead she will flying leap at people, or if its a dog will run past it about an inch off at full pelt repeatedly nipping at them desperately trying to get them to play.
She is always out with me, is around people and other dogs regularly, but nothing seems to be helping, she is taken once a week to play with two labradors, but literaly for the entire time she is full throttle running around with them,NEVER calms down.
Any help with this would be great, was advised to get a halti head harness, which she STILL pulls on and ends up facing me pulling backwards on the thing squeezing her snout, so I dont use that.
The other things is pulling on her lead, I have tried constantly for nearly 6 months, with treats, stopping when she pulls, changing directions, she just isnt getting it.
Many thanks in advance.

As far as other people/dogs are concerned, every time you come near, and you think she's going to kick off, make her sit & watch you (you can teach the 'watch' at home by holding a treat up to your face and as soon as she looks at you give her the treat). Every time she moves, turn her in a full circle & make her sit again. You'll have to repeat this until you are bored stupid with it, but eventually she'll get it.
Don't let her off lead when there are others around until you are sure she'll respond to you & not go leaping at people. If you want to give her some freedom try using a long training line (you can get them off ebay - as long as you want, up to about 80 feet!) so that you can reel her back if you need to.
Pulling on the lead can take a while to sort out, but you'll have to be consistent. As soon as she pulls ahead turn 180 degrees and as the lead tightens say "heel" or whatever word you choose. And I mean every time. It'll take you ages to get anywhere, but it does work. You just have to keep at it, over and over again!

Thanks for the reply, I'll give it a try, thing is she will come back as long as the other dog/person is over about 50 yards away, so I dont need to keap hr on a lead so much, its just once under that 50ish yards range shes off like a rocket.
Have actualy tried similar with her on the leed, and always do keap her on the leed around others unless theyre happy to let her play with their dog, but she just wont calm down the whole time.
She also knows when to look at me etc, had her from 6 months old she is 12 months now, and have spent massive amounts of time training, just around another dog its out of the window.
Even took her to KC training, which was fine, as long as I constantly bribed her with cheese/hot dog, but even after 3 months she still wouldnt calm down around other dogs.
Just keap trying I guess.
Thanks alot.

I put Kasidy on a 20m line every time i'm in the park throwing a ball for them. She is like your dog but loves big masculine dogs especially black ones. Keeping her on the line means i don't have to be obsessed with watching for other dogs and she just trails it behind her. Really annoys me when dogs charge over and leap on my dogs and the owner is two football pitches away so i use the line to stop Kasidy doing it to others. She is really good now but she knows the line is there .

I had exactly this with Dempsey. I kept him on a long line (didn't take hold of it unless I needed to, he just trailed it around) until I was sure he'd either come back or stay when he was told to. He's now 3 years old & I've been letting him off lead completely for about a year, now.
The thing is, you do need to keep her on some sort of lead, because she won't come back unless she's close to you. Either that, or you need to keep her within a short distance of you.

I use a 30ft training lead for my Lola because she does the same to every person or dog she see's we are also working on her recall. When we see another dog she looks but if i think she's gonna run ill pick up the lead & tell her to come (with yummy treats) Its so easy now & more enjoyable to take her out

Re: Couple of things I need help with please.
Guess I'm wording things badly, expressing myself in the written word has never been a strong point.
Its not so much the recall thats an issue, and the only time she will go beyond around 20 yards of me at anytime is when I throw her ball for her.
If we see another person/dog she comes back no problem, I then put her on her lead and walk closer, but as soon as we are close she just wants to play and will lunge at the other dog or person IF there isnt another dog.
Basicaly I guess I want her to be calmer around other dogs, if we let them play when its time to part I call her and she will come away from the other dog no problme, its just she is completely crazy around the other dog, while around it, if that makes sense.
I want her to be ALOT calmer, oh and I more or less never had her on a lead when in the fields, no need for it, she will come to me when asked no problem, and doesnt wander off.

How old is she? It could just be over eager puppiness that she will grow out of. Have her sit and wait every time and it should sort itself out. Suki still gets overexcitied at times but is starting to get better

Really sorry, my internet just had a minor breakdown, and I have double posted by mistake.
She has just turned one a couple of weeks ago.

I think you just need to be patient & keep training her to sit & wait instead of lunging. She is still very young & isn't likely to really calm down for another 6 to 18 months, depending on how quickly she matures.
