Finally can relax Empty Finally can relax

After the excitement this week with Frosty and our cat followed by the untimely murder of the neighbor's cat by an unnamed white dog that happens to live with me and looks identical to frosty..., we made the decision to re-home our cat. It was him or the dogs and it wasn't going to be the dogs. Glad all others in the house agreed. At least he is now in a home where he will be safe and well cared for. My second oldest son is taking it the hardest, but for the first time this week we are able to relax and not worry if the cat escaped his room or the dogs were hunting him. phew.

It's a hard thing to do to rehouse a pet, but you know you have done the right thing, hope your son, isn't sad for too long

I can appreciate how hard that would have been and I'm happy you were able to to keep everyone safe and happy. Good luck with both your boys Big Grin

I agree, you've had to do it once, and I would imagine thats quite enough, let alone handling what might have been left of your own cat one day Sad

relax and enjoy your two lovely boys Big Grin
