Tilly's been for a bike ride and a picnic
Finally got to get the bikes out today and take Tilly for a run with her new "Walkydog" gadget, works great , I can take it off the bike dead easy with a quick release thing to use as a lead if need be and it keeps her just close enough to me without her getting in the way. Tilly had a great run about 3 miles , more than enough for her first run out , with a few Rocky style spurts thrown in , met lots of admirers as long the way and got to stop for sandwiches, her favourite

Excellent exercise. Wait till she builds endurance and she will go and go and go. Monte loves a good hard run!

I have something called the buddy system and I can have two on at once. It also works as a hands free leash and I use it every day. It is made for jiggers, bikers and walking. It even has a budgie attachment so if he needs to stop and we are going fast he isn't jerked.

Here's the link from a UK website , but I think it's an american thing. There is a clamp that goes round the seat stem, and it has a quick release mechanism to release the pole so you can take it off for travelling or use it as a leash, it's also shock loaded so it stretches a bit if I stop or she stops, you can also buy additional clamps so you can swap over bikes, Amazon sell them as well but this was the best price in the UK
