 That's really good. I taught spinning for 10 years but can't for the life of me manage a bike   

if you do everyday it can became very painful it's like carpet burns lmao

Get a gel saddle cover/cushion - and padded cycling shorts!

i have really missed it not sure why i didn't restart doing it sooner, get plenty of music on my ipod and just forget about everything it's quite peaceful
