11 week old Pup Keeps Ripping up bed
Hi
can anyone advised what to get for my 11 week old little lady to sleep on? she has got through 2 beds this week.
Also can anyone advise on ways of how to stop her doing so. I have a bottle with stones in that i shake. It scares her but she still continues to rip up the bed when I pop out?!
I dont want to smack her at such a yound age.

Never smack a dog it won't help them at all. Have you tried just getting a big plastic bed and using some sheets from a charity shop until she grows out of it? XX

Moo used to pull all the foam from inside her bed, used to come home with it strewn accross the floor and a 'who me?' face

Kaos still rips up any proper bed i buy him now and he is 2 in june. He just has a plastic bed (which he chews, but hey ho!) and i get old blankets from car boots and charity shops and he seems quite comfortable

Beau has no bed but in his crate he just has a few cheep covers from Ikea
similar to car blankets about £2.50 each change every few days

We/ve given up on beds too. (also plastic kennels and trampline beds!!) I find a large bath mat (plush one) in her crate is good. its rubber backed so doesnt move around too much, but soft to lie on. Also easy to wash in the machine if puppy has an accident.
