Re: Christmas dinner
We went over to a friends house who is also a caterer. We had Ham, Pork Loin, dressing, mac and cheese, collard greens, chicken wings, cabbage, sweet potatos, mashed potatos, corn on the cob, green beans, cheesecake, brownies and cookies

Re: Christmas dinner
Ian cooked ours and it was ready by 11am lol! We had chicken, stuffing, roast parsnips, roast tatties, new potatoes with butter and herbs, gravy, carrots, sprouts and peas!
No christmas pudding though because I was going to attempt to make one but never got round to it. So pudding later on was chocolates

Re: Christmas dinner
Well, it was good, but as there is only 3 of us at home (mum, dad, me), we didn't branch out like normal .. we didn't have a prawn cocktail : ( But we did have a crack-a-lackin' dinner ! We had the 3 birds in 1 thingabebob, which wasn't too bad.

Re: Christmas dinner
We also do the cold thing here as it is summer and usually hot. On the menu was lamb, gammon, chicken and salads of all sorts. We dont do the turkey as nobody in the family likes it.

Re: Christmas dinner
I didn't have anything to eat on Christmas day due to having a cold. Thankfully hubby and I had ours on Christmas Eve before cold had taken hold.
Hubby went round to his mums for his Christmas day dinner though
