Lewis
http://www.scottishspca.org/rehoming/animal/7290_lewis he is a gorgeous dog, seems to have been moved by the SSPCA to try him out in a different area as i think he's been with them for a while.

Me too, I hate seeing our older staffs like this. (I hate seeing all of them), but the older ones really upset me.
I clicked on all 57 of the staffy pics, there are so many around the age of 2-3 years, so sad.

Re: Lewis
I've decided that our next dog will be an older one from the SSPCA if they will rehome to us.Tasha is 14yrs old now and has been a brilliant influence on the two staffy hooligans, we are looking for a more rural house with no stairs and a bigger garden. Oh and room for chickens

Re: Lewis
I know where you are coming from.
Kita is nearly 15 years and I'm sure her relaxed nature has helped teach Izzy a thing or two. Unfortunately she has become very deaf now and when I was reading about Lewis and how owning another dog would help his awareness of his surroundings, it made me realise how much Kita relies on Izzy these days.
Do you have any pics of Tasha, I just love seeing our gorgeous older staffs.

Re: Lewis
Tasha is a lurcher and i should really sort out new pics of them all. Tasha is going a bit blind and deaf now and often can't see the tennis ball after i throw it but she follows Kasidy and Sisko in the chase and if she wanders off they will go check on her..The younger dogs also go up stairs to tell Tash that her tea is ready because she doesn't hear me shouting any more So i hope Lewis is rehomed with another doggie pal.
