The dog in your avatar is an American bully not a staff, so yours won't look like that if that's what you're hoping for.

Males of any breed tend to be bigger than females. And if you excercise them properly they'll get very muscular. But when all's said & done, they will be what their genes tell their bodies to be!
If you want to know what a pup is likely to look like, have a look at both its parents & you should get a good idea.
P.S. Who's the dog in your avatar?

The size of the dog is dependant on it's genetics, diet and exercise given. If you want a well conditioned dog be carefull with how you exercise them. High intensity activities such as running, pulling or backpacking should not be started until they are at least 18-24 months old. Their bodies are still devolping until then and they can devolp health issues later in life if you start too early.

If you exercise them right and give them a good quality diet male and female staffs will be muscled, the american bully in your avatar is way over weight and would probley get out of breath walking around the block, you want to try and keep lean muscle on your dog. your dog will benifit for it in older life..
