Just wondering if your staffs have the same reactions to the weather as Chase...

This is pretty much how Chase reacts to different weather...
Sunny - walk all day
Mild - walk all day
Cold - Walk all day
Rain - "why the hell are we leaving the house, take me home"
Wind - "can we just go home now please"
Snow - "maaaaaaan this is fun, however im cold and would like to go home soon"

Sunny - Go outside, lie down, sunbathe.
Mild - Go outside, as long as there is a jumper involved, minimal walking.
Cold - Stick her nose out the door, go back to bed.
Rain - Stay in bed.
Wind - Look at trees blowing about outside, back to bed.
Snow - Zoom enthusiastically, attempt to eat every single snowflake. No need for a coat, she's invincible! Unless the snow is still falling, in which case, back to bed.

Gummi doesn't like the heat very much, and go look for a shady place to rest. He isn't too fond of rain and wind, at least not until he gets used to being outside in it. It will generally get better once we're out. So far snow is FUN!

With Dempsey, it's...

Sunny - walk all day as long as there's a lake nearby.
Mild - As above
Cold - Walk all day, but forget the lake
Rain - Walk all day
Wind - "can we just go home now please"
Rain & wind - You're never gonna get me out in that!
Snow - "maaaaaaan this is fun, can I knock you over in the snow, please?"

Chase HATES the wind. Especially when its blowing at us from behind.

Chase will enthusiastically walk out the door in any weather when he hears me get his lead out, but the second were out the door and down the road and he realities its windy/raining he just looks at me like "neither of us are enjoying this, lets just go home"

Im hoping we get some snow over Christmas, Chase goes mad for it. I throw snow balls, he runs after it to the spot it landed, then looks back at me like "Where is it? i swear it landed here! where the hell did it go?!"

Dora:
Sunny - woohoo, sunbathe!
Mild - run around a lot and play
Cold - gimme cuddles or put the fan heater on!
Rain - ok I guess I'll go out to the loo but I'm coming back in quick
Wind - (as I discovered only today) let's bark and growl at the noisy wind monster that is making the trees and fences go crazy! Maybe then it will go away...
Snow - don't know what this is yet... but it sounds fun!

Tinkerbell's like this:

Sunny - "Wahey, can we go for another walk please?! Yes I know we have just been on a massive walk but I have had a drink so I'm ready for another"

Mild -" Woohoo, this is better than the sun, I don't even need to go home for a drink...I'll walk all day"

Cold - Nose out the door for a long old sniff, run up the garden quick wee, stand up for a poo incase her butt touches the cold floor and run 100mph back to her crate

Rain - "I'll hold it in"....evening comes and she has to go out...."if I walk as fast as I can and wee and poo straightaway I can drag her back to the house, no mum I am not going that way, come on this way is home"

Wind - "wahey, walkies" then a big gust of wind blows into her or makes something bang, she is off at the other end of the lead dragging me homewards

If Tinkerbell had her way we would move somewhere warmer that never sees the cold, wind or rain

Snow - I have no idea but judging by the rain, cold and wind she won't be setting foot out the door for days if she can help it! Laughing

Sun: "YAAAAY! LETS RUN AROUND LIKE AN IDIOT!"....and get heatstroke
Normal: -runs around like a idiot...in circles-
Rain: -....oh okay...-runs around like a idiot...in circles-
Wind - runs in even tighter circles... continuously...for hours-
Snow: EPIC! -falls in it-
Cold: -somehow manages to almost get heatstroke-

Me: DOG! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?! XDDDD

Seriously, Junior is just so happy to be alive and out with me, he just does not CARE about the weather. All he needs is a cuddle now an again and a little kiss...and he'll be happy.

Sunny - "where is the nearest spot of shade or an open door leading indoors"
Mild - playtime - "i have unlimited amounts of energy"
Cold - he's only 5 months and its summer now, so haven't seen him in the cold just yet
Rain - "Raindrops is falling on my head" and "Ooh, there's mud - playtime"
Wind - Nope, he does not like the wind one little bit. Will manage for the time it takes him to do his business then he'll come hauling back inside.
Thunder - I can growl louder Big Grin - at least he's not worried about it though.
Snow - Unfortunately we don't get snow here where we live. So sad

I know when Ledger isn't happy being out when he opens the gate when we get home (he will always wait for me to open and go through first) he has just done that after I forced him out in the snow. It sounds so chavvy but think he would appreciate a hoodie when the snow is falling
