demodex
So Nemo had been getting few bald spots lately and today I went to the vet and it turns out he has demodex.
A costly affair but oh well he's young and the vet said its not uncommon in puppies and that he has a mild case. Only 3-5 mites per scrape where 1 is normal and 50 is a full blown attack.
So he got Bayer advocate for 1½ months and we have an appointment for the 6th of January for another scrape.
I'm sorry for the random topic.

Re: demodex
Demodex in a pup will often clear by itself. I wouldn't worry too much about it, I'm sure he'll be fine soon.

Re: demodex
My first suffered quite badly with it, after lots of scrapes and treatment it seemed to go on its own.
It is quite common and I'm sure he'll be fine Xx
