Fingers xd ...
As some of you will know Inca has been plagued with Interdigital Cyst's since her 2nd bowt of Demodex reappeared approx 2 months ago....
Luckily her fur is getting back to normal but the cyst's just keep cropping up on both front feet and in the exact same place every time (the cyst's appear on her outer toe on both feet) .. My vet wants to try (as a last attempt to rid her of them) an anitibiotic cream that i apply straight to the cyst (gunna do it before a walk so she doesn't attempt to lick it of !!) and see if this helps.. If not he said she will need both of the cyst's removing surgically which i hope to god doesn't happen ( £ wise but also it could make other cyst's appear on her toes )..
This is how bad her toes are now..
This was taken yesterday on her walk.....
And this has happened two days on the run.. The biggest one just bleds abit but i dont know if it's popped or she's just caught it on something.... Fingers xd the new cream works but i think in my heart of hearts she will need them removing surgically..

Oh poor Inca that looks sore. I wouldn't put the cream on before the walk, its so wet and damp atm that it may rub off. Maybe try doing it when she is snoozing. I hope it works for you both, my fingers and Moo's paws are most certainly crossed Xx

Poor Inca that looks so uncomfortable. Looks like it really gets her down too. It must make the rest of her body ache. I know when I have a sore toe everything else aches. Not sure what to advise other than go with what the vet said.
Hope she does get it sorted out though one way or the other.

Re: Fingers xd ...
Poor Inca. Have they been surgically removed before? Just a bit worried it the oitment is applied before a walk, dirt and grit might stick and cause chaffing between the toes.

Poor Love ......... That looks so uncomfortable and painful. It must be so hard for you both to be dealing with.
I certainly hope that you find a solution to stop the discomfort

No she's never had them surgically removed as of yet but am thinking that will be the next move... The reason the vet said put the cream on just as i set off for a walk was because it soaks straight into the skin and doesn't sit on top of the skin ...

Thanks for the comment that Diesel had one and it was successfully removed and never grew back... That is my worry that having surgery might trigger of more cyst's to appear.. But if she does end up having to have them surgically removed i hope to god she is as lucky as diesel an is rid of them...
