Diet not going well... Empty Diet not going well...

So, we got these new diet pills in at work and I thought I'd give them a try. They're all herbal and are meant to suppress your appetite and boost your metabolism so you eat less and digest it quicker. I'm on day 4 now and I've just been to Frankie and Benny's and eaten a plate of garlic bread for starters and a half rack of ribs with bbq sauce, chips and coleslaw AND been to sainsburys and bought a lemon tart for pudding!! Not going so well me thinks!

Hmmm, I may be wrong, but aren't you supposed to watch what you eat as well as take the tablets? Big Grin

Maybe Caryll Big Grin
Although it does say on the pack to just eat what you normally would...

Thanks for the tips Steve, I absolutely hate bike riding, but am going swimming during the week now and thinking about starting to go running with Diz again Smile Although I have to go in the dark so I don't see anyone I know!
