Suggestions for books about training and care for SBT breed

Hi
Can anyone suggest a really sensible book about the SBT breed?
Ideally a comprehensive guide for the owner to help us with training and care etc. Wife and I are moving to Brazil and getting our first staffie from a well established breeder in Rio, we anticipate getting another staffie as a companion for the first, once our first one is a year or so old. We've looked after friends staffies in London and love the breed, but recognise there is a lot of commitment involved in with this breed, we will be living in the countryside 100 miles from the breeder and we wont have access to any professional trainers to help us, so were keen to learn as much as possible. We will be running a B&B and eventually expect to start a family, also there will be other dogs in the neighborhood so its really important that our dogs are well socialised. Finding this his forum has been excelent for us...already learning so much.
