Arthritic Staffies Empty Arthritic Staffies

Hi all

I know I mentioned this on the old board before it closed but I've just been reading Caryll's post re Tia and she mentioned she got a touch of arthritis. We had the same with Teddy and last Christmas he was unable to jump onto the sofa or into the car properly. We were about to start him on med with the vet when I was pointed int the direction of flexicose which has turned his life around. It's now made him appear about 5 years younger - running, playing, jumping. His joints no longer click and he's full of life. Sounds a bit like a miracle cure but it worked for us so thought i'd share it with you guys. The best bit is it costs about £20 and now that Teddys dose has been reduced lasts about 2 months (although at the beggining he was on a larger quantity so it was lasting about a month).

Steve - hope this isn't out of place here as I know I'm not supposed to advertise products.

Cheers Steve.

Bigwazza that's good value - the glucosamime the main ingredient of flexicose so might be good to stock up on - but we found that because it's mixed with msm and has aloe vera to reduce swelling and sooth it just seems a magic combo.

Hi Gem yes I believe it can be used for horses. Although I've only used it on our dog and cat but it's been great which i why i probably sound a little obsessed with it. I'm guessing a horse needs a big dose Smile

I know this is an old post, but just wondering if anyone else has any opinions on this Flexicose? Or any other favourite supplements/ideas that could help with arthritis in the back legs / hips? Available in Australia if possible!
