We participated yesterday in 6k walk for Diabetes awareness and hope for a cue event. We took Jack with and we got a few photos.....

It was fantastic day, weather couldn't be better. There was rides, food and various activates for all 2-3 thousand that came along. Quitea number of people gave Jack some dirty looks and kept there distance from him, but it was good to see a few staffy owners come up to us wanting to say hi and pat Jack Smile

Jack has never gone on a 6k walk before....at the end he was completely wrecked sleepy

My sister is the type 1 diabetic in our family. She managed to raise about $300 and get her friends and family members involved for the walk/jog. It was very successful day and we'll be back again next year Smile

Yes I have a good pal that has diabetes and he has to give himself 4 injections a day.. and has done since he was 16 !!
