Update on Ruby and Beau....

Those of you who read my previous topic will know what happened, if you didnt then.......

Ruby had an alergic reaction to a sting/bite this morning, her eyes and nose were swollen and i was hysterical! Thanks to some of the people on here, who advised me to give her half a piriton tablet, they probabaly (in my eyes) saved the day!!! Her swelling went down and she returned the the normal old scoobydooby!!

Beau had the appointment sceduled for his first jabs, so i took Ruby along to be on the safe side. The wonderful vet Mandy said that she would have advised the exact same thing, (although it was the ASDA's own brand i gave her, and should be piriton as they know all the ingredience in Piriton, i know if it happens again! And prompty went and brought some!!!!! )

Beau was fantastic during his jab and his chipping, (not sure if this is the correct term for having a micro chip installed ) even though it cost me a chewwy treat to keep him entertained! His next jab is booked for the 28th and Beau is a very healthy, naughty and happy puppy!!! Ruby however hates Mandy the vet at the best of times, and spent most of the time either sat at the door or stuck to my leg! Ruby also had her "chipping" done and was pretty good considering.........

All in all a productive vets experience, thanks everyone who helped me earlier your all 's!!!!!!
