Best collar

My little one lives outside so i have to keep a collar on her incase of walk abouts but the latest one i got is quite chunky and i don't think she likes it very much as she has got it off several times god knows how. Anywho, what collars do you think are the best?

I make collars out of polypropylene - it's strong, mild, comfortable and you can wash it - so it looks like a new one.
My dogs always go swimming and so on with them and I think it's a good material.
