Hi & welcome.

Firstly, and I know that you don't want to hear this, but what on earth were you thinking?

Have you spoken to your vet? If not, that's your first port of call.

You could also consult a behaviourist & ask them for advice. If your girl becomes aggressive over her pups, she could either hurt them or you. If she becomes uncontrollable you may need to take the pups away & hand rear - are you prepared for weeks of 24/7 care?

If you can, get a copy of "The Book of the Bitch", it's a lifesaver!

Book of the Bitch: A Complete Guide to Understanding and Caring for Bitches (New Edition) by Evans, J. M., White, Kay (2002) Paperback https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00M0JD466/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_JE8J8NF2VH5W50FHXY1Z

I know that's a UK site, but I would imagine that you can get it in NZ?
