Kong Jumbler
You might of seen Katy's post about the Kong Jumbler she was playing with at her friends house, she loved it & it looked quite robust as she gave it a hard playing with Anyway my customer said she would pick 1 up for her, I popped in today to pick it up. Katy took it from her & excitedly dragged me back down the lane for home. When she played with her friends 1 she was charging around the garden squeaking, biting & ragging it. At home she could concentrate on it properly, staffie style
Squeak lasted 1/2hour, the rest about 1 1/2 hrs
Dealt with Katy style
Wouldn't be so bad but I haven't paid for it yet!!!

Re: Kong Jumbler
I got my Duke one of those a few weeks ago he loved it, and went charging around the field, but kept stopping to have a chew and it didn't last longer than 15 mins.
I seriously think he's crossed with a shark!

Re: Kong Jumbler
Yes I took it off him before he got the ball out, I thought he might get it stuck in his throat as it's only a little ball and he tries to eat everything
He seems to think every toy has to be shredded

Re: Kong Jumbler
Oh yes......I got him a boomer ball 6 inch but if he pushes it into a corner he can just manage to pick it up. I have had to hide it because he has scraped it so much with his teeth it's all rough and makes his chin bleed
He gets so frustrated with it and starts crying and growling at it and getting too worked up so it's hidden till he gets a bit older.

Re: Kong Jumbler
That sounds familiar, Katy has perfected great foot skills getting the ball about as she cant pick it up Another option is babble ball, Katy has the talking one but you can get one that makes animal noises

Re: Kong Jumbler
Ok Koda is also on destructive level 'expert!' so I won't get him one of those He does LOVE his boomer ball tho, not sure what size it is but it's big enough he can't pick it up, he gets it 3 or 4 times a day on average for about 15 mins a go, it wears him out which is perfect and he's obsessed with it. I do sand it with sandpaper every now & then as his teeth have grinded into it and leave sharp marks. Best purchase EVER ! (his toy box is also a mega disgrace so Katy's not alone Jen! )

Maybe. I'm not sure what size mine is, I'll check when I'm up (it's in the garage otherwise he bites the cupboards to get to it !!!!), I reckon it's about 20cm diameter roughly, kinda football size if that helps

Re: Kong Jumbler
The jumbler is now dead.
I thought I had a great idea for his boomer ball to try to make it better for him, I put it in an old t shirt and knotted it, it was fine for a bit till he started ragging it and nearly kocked himself out

Re: Kong Jumbler
He seems pretty determined ! Koda often pushes the boomer ball up against the fence then nudges it in the air like a seal and it often comes down on him,no damage yet although sometimes I do question his brain and how it operates !!!!!

Re: Kong Jumbler
Thats exactly what Milo does with his boomer ball. Do your staffs get really mucky after playing with even on a dry day? I think its cos he slobbers so much then rolling it in the dust and muck it goes all over his face and legs. Also I notice he'll only roll/dribble it clockwise - never anti clockwise. Great fun watching him and all the neighbours around know when he has it - he's so noisy with it haha
