I have been going through a mental carnivore stage. Been in iceland eating anything going, but also in other places like on holiday. So far i have had:

  • Ostrich fillets (had one tonight again)
  • Kangaroo burger
  • Crocodile burger
  • Venison burger
  • Squid rings
  • Escargot (snails...really yummy!!)

Lots more i would like to try though. Any recommendations?!

I love pheasant but guinea fowl is much juicier, rabbit is tasty but quite boney Smile A friend of ours supplies us with venison but always throws in a tray of filleted rabbit for Katy Big Grin
