anyone know the best place to get Marley a coat? He won't go outside at all if its raining! Not even for a walk!!!

Will the cost go over his harness tho? Or will I have to use a collar? I knw haha got to do something he hates the rain!

Depending on the coat sometimes theres a hole where the loop of the harness comes through . Otherwise it will be coat then harness Smile
