Website said get a delivery to store and you get £5 voucher to spend in store so i ordered something. Its 10 miles from my house and needed 2 buses and its hot.
So went to pick up parcel and after a few mins the parcel arrived but the assistant a prob with the computer system meant i couldn't have the parcel as she cant get on the app and could i come back another day ans i said no i live miles away and costs small fortune on bus and mind my parcel was sitting on counter all paid for with correct id and email saying parcel was there, so she called supervisor over and after about 20 mins doing f knows what said i had 2 options and this is just great i can have parcel today but no voucher cause i will have left shop and cant claim it another time or i can have voucher but can't have my parcel till another day but not both at same time i mean wtf ??????
By this time i was getting really peeved off and said thats not right, then smarmy super said its not my fault take it or leave it and i said well you work for sports direct so its your fault as well and i won't be back, he said again not my fault no apology or nothing, so i left and muttered effin rip off and just when i was at the door he said to the other assistant 'mind your language ha ha' so i stormed back in and said what the f did to just say to him and to cut a long story short i ended up having a maddy that resulted in security escorting me out and banning me ps i took the parcel option.

Not proud that i lost it but can't stand people who make sarcastic comments behind your back. They told me to stop swearing again so i shouted every swear i know at them, immature i know.

Aside from the local butchers and emergency calls to the corner shop I haven't visited an actual store for at least a decade. That's part of the reason why. If I had to deal with idiots like that I'd be on the news.
