i gave Marley a worming tablet and some cane out in his poo but this morning he had a poo and there wasn't anything in it but wen we came in I saw him sniffing at something out the floor at the tym I thought it was grass but it was a worm on my floor is it possible for worms to just come out on their own?

How big was it? I've never seen anything bigger than a couple of millimetres.

Generally a pup should be wormed every 2 weeks perhaps the breeder just miscounted. I would seek advice from a vet before you worm a puppy this is so they can weigh the dog and give an accurate and correct dosage for the tablets

Puppies should be wormed every two weeks from 2 weeks of age until 12 weeks of age, and then every month until the puppy is 6 months of age when they can be treated as adults (wormed every 3 months).

Sufficient worming routine is important, I would say just keep an eye on his toilets and any concern vet advice. Smile

When we first got Bane he was filled with worms! After his first tablet with us, he had a couple of days where you could see them in his poos, most dead but some still squirming.

Very gross but on one occasion we found one wiggling out of him while he was asleep. Some were as big as an inch long.

Just keep up a good worming routine and all will be fine Smile
