Our Sunday - Staffy Strut - Haverford West

We went on a Staffy Strut organised by Yvonne and Greenacres Animal Rescue (Haverford West) to raise awareness of Staffy's and what great dogs they really are. Strictly Staffy's only

Everyone met up at the Council building in Haverford West and we walked up to the next traffic island and back about 2 miles with motorists beeping their horns for us. We were supported by our local Dog Warden and the Police.

It was great fun and the dogs loved it as you will see from the pictures.

This is little Layla 5 months old and in our rescue at the moment - She managed all 2 miles

With this many Staffy's together in one place this had the potential to be the bigest disaster Haverford West has ever seen but I am glad to say all the humans and dogs were very well behaved and a credit to the breed

Aww that's fabulous - I wish Animal Rescure centres in Leicestershire would hold one of those for our fabulous staffs - there'd be thousands of people walking with their fur babies !
